 Photowoman is a London-based art coaching company for women. Acting as Marketing Manager on behalf of Think Big Solutions, I set business positioning, created marketing strategy and all necessary marketing basics (branding, offers, online presence and basic promotional materials) to launch and cultivate the business.

Lead marketing activities throughout Central Eastern Europe (first and only marketing person in the region), reporting to Area Development Manager and global team in US. Hired as Marketing Coordinator, exceeded company expectations and was promoted to Marketing Manager in a few months. Goals included creating regional strategy, implementing brand standards and designing marketing campaigns to generate sales and increase brand awareness.

- Spearheaded development of the Subway brand in Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary & Romania.
- Implemented brand standards to the region – from zero to nearly full consistency. 
- Coordinated marketing campaigns resulting in up to 70% sales growth. 
-Developed effective marketing calendars and plans; generated sales by meeting the needs of local markets. 
- Expertly managed third party suppliers - lowering the costs, uplifting the quality and meeting deadlines (e.g. 5 advertising and PR agencies in CEE, printers and photographers).
- Created effective marketing campaigns (from brief and creative process to execution and evaluation, including outdoor, radio, direct marketing, online advertising, social media and local events).
- Provided consistent marketing collateral (coordinating design, production and delivery for the region).
- Supported and coached teams in the field, preparing marketing presentations for franchisees. 
- Provided guidance and training on local store marketing resulting in sales and footfall increase: shared best practices across markets/individual stores, identified potential customer groups for individual restaurants, supported franchisees with trade area analyses and directed store opening events, visibility and marketing tactics.

Marketing Manager CEE

Marketed the company’s launch in Poland for this British travel retailer, including materials adaptations, first store opening event and campaign, and then managed marketing activities and collateral production. Coordinated opening event and campaign with sales and footfall exceeding forecast by 50%.

- Managed effective advertising activities in Poland (from brief to evaluation, press advertising, direct marketing and outdoor).
- Implemented brand standards (with consideration of local adjustments).
- Delivered promotional materials (catalogues, POS materials, leaflets).
- Collaborated extensively with the field team, presenting upcoming activities and promotional merchandising and ensuring the team was ready for new marketing campaigns.
- Supervised external suppliers, including agencies and printers to ensure deadlines were met and the company’s standards were exceeded.
