Managing all auction events by assigned Trustees with the preparation and facilitation of all requirements and deadlines prior to auction day. These responsibilities include: 
·         Process cancellation and postponement notifications daily.

·         Work directly with Auction Day staff and Trustee Support to ensure accurate sale instructions.

·         Process sales instructions for auction day assets.

·         Request pending Credit Bids from Foreclosure Attorney/Trustee for non-FNMA files.

·         Support surrounding departments with day-to-day reconciliation functions.

·         Track and follow-up on all files needing updated total debt amounts and request weekly from Foreclosure Attorneys/Trustees.

Asset Manager

As a part of the city of Irvine's Middle School Program I am responsible for coordinating all of the after school sports programs that are provided to the 11 middle schools in Irvine.
