Management of consultants, contractors, architects, engineers overseeing all aspects of a client’s project, including estimating, scheduling, design, engineering, contracting, community relations, safety programs, labor, cost control, production management and coordination with the owner to ensure end-user efficiency and life-cycle cost management throughout the project, event or production life cycle. From inception to completion, I managed multiple, concurrent projects and event from planning, design and procurement through construction, commissioning and closeout. I have always worked with my clients to assess and prioritize requirements to develop major construction and production initiatives.
