Performed root cause analysis on voice of the customer data to determine process improvement activities and process control requirements.  Established key performance indicators for key accounts, developed standardized processes for data collection, and created client dashboards for displaying performance results.  Managed various IT and client driven projects that came as a result of a facility closure.

Responsible for providing instructor led education to over 300 employees in the areas of Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.  Sponsored and led DMAIC projects and Kaizen events, while developing and educating others with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies and tools.  Managed a wide variety of technical projects geared at improving the customer sales and ordering experience.  Successfully managed various projects by; defining scope, schedule, and assumptions, internal/external requirements gathering, documenting design specifications and “level of effort” assessments, developing and managing test scripts (system & user), risk analysis and mitigation planning, documenting and/or process mapping new and/or changed processes, developing and deploying training to users (internal & external).
