Founder

Hayashi Skate Co. is a skateboard and lifestyle clothing brand which combines social and environmental consciousness with our products. 

My duties included: 

?	Managed all sales, marketing, and team promotions for Hayashiskate.com.
?	Worked with brand managers overseas on executing marketing strategies.
?	Partnered with many not-for-profits organizations to give back to the community such as The ChariTree Foundation –The Environmental Education Charity for Children.
?	Team manager for HayashiSkate Co.; talked to riders, sending product, track photo incentive, setting up interviews, booked flights/hotel, etc.
?	Organize events, design flyers and promote events.
?	Corporate sponsor for the 2015 international World Freestyle Round-Up skateboard competition to promote brands  and team riders.
?	Update, regulate and maintain websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo daily.
?	Set up and help run Facebook/Twitter/Instagram accounts for various team riders.

?	Managing multiple websites and web assets including content update, conversion funnel, landing pages, new assets. 
?	Working closely with the web development, product marketing, product management and demand marketing teams to develop requirements, deadlines, and priorities that balance branding and business results.
?	Strong online marketing experience at both the strategic and tactical levels
?	Excellent written and personal communications skills including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
?	Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
?	Applied unique "4 R's" of marketing to generate revenue and build company brand based on reputation and references
?	Worked closely with the demand manager in order to create and manage tractable lead generation and provide reports.

Marketing Manager

?	Direct and control the activities performed by the fleet distribution function while reviewing and evaluating the availability of fleet vehicles.
?	Oversee activities by directing and controlling the maintenance, repair, and/or recondition of fleet vehicles and ensure all quality assurance standards are maintained at the location. 
?	Responsible for customer service and overall satisfaction
?	Responsible for managing and controlling the financial transactions in retail environment. 
?	Responsible for protection of corporate assets, establishment of seasonal budgets, control of cash flow and expenses. 
?	Adjust departmental budgets and set goals. 
?	Responsible for controlling expenses, protecting assets and performing internal audits. 
?	Oversaw training of new employees.
