Specifically brought aboard to drive Booz Allen’s expansion into Marine Corps installations community. Manage programs and serve as senior analyst for strategy development, Marine Corps training and strategic communications campaigns, and business case analyses with Navy and Marine Corps clients, including OpNav, HQMC, and Marine Corps Systems Command. In addition to direct analytics work on multiple facilities and energy-focused analyses, manage day-to-day financial and administrative accountability for these contracts (including monthly requisitions, deliverables management, status reporting, spend plans, schedules and labor estimates), develop follow-on business opportunities within existing contracts, and engage in business development undertakings to drive further expansion into the DoD installations market. 

- Developed and led the expansion of Booz Allen's support for Marine Corps' installation energy support from $0.5M to $8.0M annually.
- Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide, tactical level training and energy management campaign designed to put Marines directly in-charge of managing energy use within their respective units.
- Identified $2B cost savings for management of USMC barracks to $9M for individual PM ES programs, which were included in Program Objective Memorandums for FY12 and FY13.
- Acted as technical proposal writer/lead and compliance manager on $16M in new business proposals.
