Shauna Pendleton

I have been in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 18 years helping homeowners and home buyers achieve their dreams and goals. I absolutely love that I get to help people achieve the “American Dream” of owning a home and the pride of their community in which they live in. I live in Maple Valley, and have 3 children. I spend my free time with my family camping in some of the most beautiful remote locations of Washington. I coach my daughters Fastpitch Softball team, as well as my adult co-ed softball team. I currently serve as the Fastpitch Director for Maple Valley Pony Baseball and Fastpitch. My objective is to provide not only homebuyers, but home owners with the tools to succeed and have the most positive, stress free experience you can receive.
