Introducing Elastic's idea of SPM (Sales Process Management) and helping our partners move the needle in Sales Process Efficiency, Maximizing Sales Growth and Green Business Practices while providing their reps and dealers an absolutely unique and brand-differentiating B2B platform.
The tool enables reps to build custom catalogs, create merchandised looks of curated offerings, provide relevant and visual order proposals and finally easily transform those custom catalogs or order proposals into orders.
Duties include:
Prospecting, and opening new markets
Writing proposals, negotiation and closing the sale.
Coordinating sales effort with Marketing Strategy.

Although this position was all about Business Development, being part of a startup also meant being involved with the Marketing Effort.

Primary responsibilities were:

Research and identify potential markets and prospect
Create marketing campaigns, monitor success rate and follow up on prospects
Attend trade shows to uncover opportunities, meet decision makers
Identify prospect needs, match relevant product features and drive, live or online, demos
Write proposals, contracts and license agreements - Close the sale
Identify training needs, train client sales team at product launch, support sales team at trade shows

Hire, Train, Develop, Sales Operations Coordinators to master the techniques required to close deals and enroll accounts efficiently.
