Project Manager

Negotiate with several vendors and clients from many countries
Analyze job requirements, define scope, establish production schedules and deadlines
Ensure production team meets requirements, quality standards and manage sub-contractors ? Responsible for managing layout, booth drawings and show services requirements are prepared, submitted and deadlines are met
Travel and oversea trade show booth construction
Ensure effective communication of timelines, quality control, booth delivery and client satisfaction

Responsible for receiving incoming calls, processing correspondence, maintaining files organized, scheduling meetings and conference calls.
Contact Policyholders and provide renewal information and quotes
Process life insurance application and interact with underwriting

Executive Assistant/Life Agent

Responsible for managing all HR and Accounting related issues, such as, employee hiring, terminating, training, payroll, accounts receivables/payables, cash registers, POS (Point of Sales) program and preparing year end reports.
Create marketing approaches, flyers and propaganda
Supervise kitchen and serving staff duties
Maintain menu items up-to-date and food cost control
Coordinate catering orders and events

Restaurant Owner and General Manager

Responsible for providing administrative support to Managing Director. Duties include making travel arrangements, organizing schedules of events for departments, general managerial secretarial duties
Translations, problem solving, and liaison between the home office and clients
Manage office accounting, including expense bill reporting, processing reimbursements vouchers, controlling and administering budget reports
