leading product development team for menswear chain stores (150 stores Worldwide).
All phases of product development for casual line and formal menswear line. Active in all phases of product development .  from visiting trade fairs, to selecting materials, selecting and defining styles, creating the collection , checking and follow up of samples,  selecting appropriate  manufacturers in europe and asia according to specific necessities. coordinating styist and product development team. 
coordinating sales campaign to franchising. Defining orders , follow up with manufacturers .

Started as buyer and then moved up to product development manager for a leading Worldwide menswear chain based in Milan. 
I personally manage  the product development team. The Categories I personally follow are: 
Shirts, Knitwear, polos for both classic and casual lines and I follow the entire BM39 casual line (Shirts, knitwear, polos,Accessories, outerwear, pants)
Main Duties: Definition and creation of the collections together with stylist for casual line and independently for classic line. 
Fabric sourcing, Style definition , proto and preproduction sample quality control.
Interface with factories in Far East and in Italy . Defining articles, prices and delivery terms with factories,  allocating articles to shops according to necessities.

Mansioni:Creazione e definizione collezioni. Ricerca nuove fonti di
produzioni prevalentemente nei mercati Far East e Italia. Sviluppo e creazione collezione classica  e collaborazione con stilista per scelta e definizione linea sportiva BM39 . Ricerca tessuti e finissaggi, definizione modellistica e controllo e
sdiffetamento dei prototipi sino alla definizione dei capi finiti. Gestione rapporti e trattative fornitori Italiani e stranieri. Organizzazione ufficio prodotto e showroom. Presentazioni showroom ai clienti stranieri
