•	Shop the market for new trend concept.
•	Work on new product development for 2 monthly lines: NY market & Maurice’s with designer direction.
•	Source/develop new fabrics & trims for new product.
•	Work with designer/pattern maker with all new pattern concepts; knowledge of garment construction and fitting.
•	Develop send out concepts; washes, screens, smocking, embroidery, heat transfer & etc.
•	Oversee all the phases of a design assist duties; line sheets, cutting, sewing, log in fabric/ trim, tag with appropriate style, and photos.
•	Execute all market sample request
•	Maintain all information for new product for incoming and out coming product for domestic/import costing.
•	Prepare all import tech packages/ Domestic cost sheets for pre-production.
•	Manage all division PO/invoices for fabric/trim/labor for accounting
