   adjustments
•issue detailed comments and address all garment corrections with
   Photoshop and Illustrator for clarity
•communicate closely with overseas vendors on changes to achieve 
   final fit/construction to meet brand requirement
•identify potential production, quality, and costing issues

Senior Designer/Product Development
•design/develop apparel in cross categories for North America market
•specialize in impulse apparel, up to 100 styles per month in return 
   for millions in volume sales 
•forecast trends/trims/fabrics/prints seasonally
•create complete detailed Tech Packs 
•ensure all specs/fits are accurate on pre-production samples
•oversee key accounts for product development 
•partner with Production Manager on all initial cost sheets to 
   maximize IMU%
•conduct competitive analysis of Global retail markets to identify
   current key trends/innovations

Fabric R&D Manager
•fabric R+D manager, travel yearly to trade shows for all divisions 
   within the company 
•negotiate and issue sample fabric/trim purchase orders
•manage team to build organized fabric/trim library and assist with 
   clients needs
•review, comment, and approve fabric color/print strike-offs/trims
•develop and maintain relationships with fabric mills
•research runway silhouette/fabric/color/embellishment trends for 
   upcoming seasons
•conduct competitive analysis of Global retail markets to identify
   current key fabrics/prints

Senior Designer/Product Development/Fabric R & D Manager

Designer 
•collaborate with Design Director to produce a full contemporary 
   womenswear and menswear line
•source, order and track all development fabrics and trims
•work closely with in-house patternmaker and sewer to ensure 
   high quality samples
•spec and attend fittings for pre-production samples      
•review, comment, and approve color dips/strike-offs
•style key outfits for Campaign Ads

Non-Apparel Buyer/Merchandiser 
•support GMM in selection buys of jewelry, handbags, and shoes 
•travel to trade shows and showrooms for assortments
•develop on trend jewelry with vendors/designers
•effectively manage selection of OTB & inventory management 
•analyze sales and data on weekly basis (ST %, WOH, MD)
•develop and support strategies and plans to maximize sales
•shop competitive market for trends
