I am looking to join a company that I can grow with personally, and apply my expansive skill set to help grow the company. I am seeking full time employment and I hope to find somewhere I can stay long term.
My background is extremely varied but is primarily in retail sales, specifically within the outdoors industry. I have almost 10 years of retail sales experience, 3 of which have been spent managing my own shop. I am currently managing a surf shop in northern Michigan and I am looking to relocate.



I have been in this position for over three years now and I am responsible for all day to day operations of the shop. During our busy season I am responsible for hiring, training, and supervising our new and returning staff members. I also take responsibility for product ordering, inventory, and merchandising. Social media and community outreach are also important parts of my position.
