I am a Cal Poly Architecture graduate with a passion for art and design. Most recently, I have been designing and building furniture as well as curating landscape interventions and exploring photography as a medium to communicate space and place. I have an acute interest in composition and aesthetics, and I believe that my detail-oriented nature facilitates quality craft. To me, these qualities open the potential that art has to be profound.

Designed and built custom furniture and support infrastructure for Alissa Bell Press. Created visuals to communicate ideas with both client and partners involved. Visuals were translated into a final built product which met budget and site constraints.

Design Build Coordinator

Built models and developed concept designs independently for multidisciplinary landscape and architecture office. Strengthened communication skills within a colloborative environment with a diverse professional team.

Intern

Co-leader of 2012 artwork team: communication between professional and student teams, participation in 2011 documentary team, and art assembly for 2012 forum (icon to spacial/event coordination). Provided motivation in a collaborative setting.

Student Design Coordinator

Created drawing sheets and graphics for committee submitals and client proposals. Experience in client and consultant meetings. Perfomed consistently within design team and augmented current projects within the firm through completion of assigned tasks.

Worked as designer/builder on Flying Lady Ranch music studio. Undertaking of 16’ earthbag drum kiva, cob wall two room shower/bath, and foundation retrofit of existing structure. Co-collaborated in organization of job-site: people, materials, and processes on-site.
