I'm an Associate Designer with a great eye for color! A woman with a positive attitude, an intense work ethic, a creative mind and a great appetite for success.  I absolutely love being a designer and I'm excited to see where the industry takes me!

NikkiChi is an eclectic line of jewelry from design duo Mia & Brittany. Our pieces are for women with a unique sense of style. The women who know, fly is fly. We hope all of those women love our pieces as much as we do.

- Seasonal line development for 2 main lines and 2 private label lines 
- Fabric & Trim Development / Research
- Conduct Fit Sessions
- Maintain Design-room calendar
- Manage Sample-room following all samples from conception to production
- Color Research & development
- Linesheet development & execution
- Aims data entry

Associate Designer

- Maintain style records via Full Circle updates and technical revisions
- Follow up on samples through communication with domestic and overseas vendors
- Research silhouette, graphic and color trends for seasonal line development. 
- Recolor print and graphic artwork.  Also sized graphics for overseas production
