Over 6 years professional men's and women's contemporary apparel experience in sales and merchandising. Both in full line and offprice departments.

•Responsible for working with women’s denim basics, men’s denim and fashion and maternity
•Create, present and execute a cohesive line plan for each season
•Partner with the Planning division to pull sales history to analyze and create hindsight reports
•Lead weekly Nordstrom meeting to discuss business hindsight alongside Director of Sales
  •Lead seasonal denim basics assortment development meetings with Design and Merchandising
•Work with Design and Product Develop to research latest fabric and wash technology and innovations
•Work with the Design team and Production team to lead exclusive style development for special accounts and late additions
•Work with Director of Retail Coordinating to research current assortment on the major retail floors as well as competitors
•Determine retail prices based on best target profit margins
•Communicate with Sales team on product sell through and retail performance
•Partner with VP of Production, COO and Design Directors to strategically purchase fabric and trim
•Manage “Merchandising Internship Program,” to recruit, train and mentor interns

•Work along side the Director of Merchandising/ Planning and Merchandising team to create and execute a cohesive line plan for each season
•Partner with the Planning division to pull sales history to analyze and create hindsight reports
•Create excel reports to help analyze seasonal line plans based on past sales history
•Responsible for working women’s denim basics, men’s denim and fashion and maternity
•Work with Design to edit assortment plans to maintain target sku count and to utilize on hand fabrications and trim
•Research market trends and competitors in order to determine target prices based on certain profit margins
•Calculate target profit margins based on researched prices
•Work with the Design team and Production team in executing exclusive styles for special accounts and late additions
•Work with Sales team in order to communicate line changes or to gather current sales information
•Create line sheets and merchandising record logs that record detailed style information for each style for each division
•Created and manage “Merchandising Internship Program,” to recruit, train and mentor interns
