Associate Brand Manager

My career has been driven by a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. They’ve been shown through my ability to communicate and work as a team member as well as creatively solving problems under pressure. For the next step in my development I’m looking to step into a leadership role when appropriate and looking to challenge myself and continue to develop while contributing to the success of the company. I’ve grown consistently throughout my professional career, taking each opportunity to nurture new skills and am looking to build on my strengths and experience as a project leader.

•	Creative Content/Process Responsibilities:
o	Manage the execution of the GTM launch timeline and delivery of collateral
o	Manage the development of assets and content needed to keep the Niner Bikes website current and maintaining our brand/product initiatives.
o	Manage the Marketing inventory for photo-shoots, event giveaways and media reviews.
-	This includes collaboration with Sales and Operations to allow delivery of marketing assets to events, demos, and editors.


•	Press and Athlete Relations:
o	Develop and nurture positive relationships for product launches, media reviews and brand pieces
o	Act as Niner point of contact for all athletes (CLIF, Stan’s, Niner Enduro and Rebecca Rusch as examples)

•	Events and Budgets:
o	Manage event coordination and planning with the collaboration of operations, sales and product
o	Contribute to monthly budget to actual reviews to ensure the Marketing efforts and related expenses are within the prescribed budget

•	Intradepartmental and Customer Communications:
o	Facilitate internal Niner discussions with sales to ensure marketing initiatives support sales initiatives
o	Work closely with product to create constant and accurate technical and product specific messaging throughout the development process to customer delivery
o	Actively pursue up to date product delivery information with operations to ensure marketing plans and initiatives support incoming or new product
o	Collaborate with commercial partners to ensure Niner marketing is delivering supportive and accurate materials 

•	Branding Responsibilities:
o	Collaborating with the marketing team and product development staff to research brand aesthetics and messaging 
o	Collaborate on product stories as they relate to marketing initiatives / launches and deliverables

o	Handled product logistics for all athletes (CLIF and Backcountry.com)

•	Events and Budgets:
o	Manage event coordination and planning with the collaboration of sales and product
o	Oversaw all logistics leading to tradeshows and events and executed onsite setup to ensure events moved smoothly
     -	Including: Interbike, Eurobike, Sea Otter, Press Camp (as examples)

•	Intradepartmental  and Customer Communications:
o	Collaborate with sales on demo program logistics and delivery of product for demo van s

•	Branding Responsibilities
o	Collaborate on product stories as they relate to marketing initiatives / launches and deliverables

Marketing Coordinator

o	Collaborated with sales to create a support structure for warranty claims
o	Oversaw logistics for moving warranty product both internationally and domestically

Warranty Manager

o	Answered rider phone calls for technical support and service
o	Collaborated with product to create consistent responses and messaging for commonly asked questioned
o	Monitored on forums to offer technical support and service to the online community

Rider Support

o	Prepared lessons for students kindergarten – 5th grades
o	Developed a progressive curriculum to challenge student from year to year building on prior knowledge and based on state curriculum standards
o	Communicated with students ranging in age from 5-10 years old, teachers and parents
o	Balanced the needs of students, teacher and administrators to ensure the best education for the students
