Handle the daily production design, retouching and pre-press workflow in the Oakley Creative Services Department. Scope of work in department includes product retouching and color correction of eyewear, goggles, clothing, shoes, backpacks and luggage. Assembly of digital mechanical files for national ads, B2B catalogs, POP, billboards, trade shows and window graphics for Oakley stores. Works with print producers and vendors to ensure that files are executed correctly in all media while maintaining corporate branding and staying with in budget. Career highlights at Oakley that have helped reduce file errors and reduce outside prep costs include:

Spearheaded bringing the production of the AFA Catalogs in-house with a savings of over
$100, 000 in vendor production costs for Fall 2014, currently working on Spring 2015.

Learned and then taught Easy Catalog to catalog production team to streamline and automate the
AFA Catalogs.

Developed AFA Icon libraries to automate the insertion of the icons in to the AFA Catalogs.

Managed and maintained Fiery & Oris color proofing system, by working with all vendors to ensure color profiles are up-to-date and accurate on the studio proofing system.

Developed and wrote for the graphics department and outside agencies a thirty-six page File Prep
Standards manual to ensure consistent, accurate and print ready executable mechanical files, to avoid up charges by vendors.

Color correction of AFA seasonal apparel color palettes, so that CADS are color corrected for use in
