SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Currently working part time to assist the Director of a non-profit organization. Work ranges from acknowledging donors to helping with social media to helping to prepare and plan annual conference.

Duties include organizing, managing and editing imagery for internal B2B usage and external wholesale e-commerce usage. Coordinating photoshoots to ensure all styles are photographed, edited, and distributed each season- including coordinating photographer, models, samples, and editing. Creating product images that are on-model and "mannequin" style, to display the product in multiple formats for versatile selling functions. Managing and organizing main line of samples each season and learning product specifications of all styles and colorways to ensure product images highlight selling features of each product. Utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to edit images as changes are made to designs through the product development and production stages. Organizing and maintaining a full sample set and showrooms for key account meetings and sales meetings each season. Frequently working cross-functionally and maintaining communication with designers, PLMs, sales reps, and external key accounts to provide accurate and up to date imagery and samples that accurately reflect each style and colorway. Additionally, assisting with planning and executing industry tradeshows sales meetings, product line showings, and events.

Coordination of conference room space and events on site of the Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters. Coordination of events including, but not limited to: board meetings, conferences, executive events, corporate events, and philanthropic events. Organizing and dispatching set-up, decor, and maintenance for said events. Accepting, managing, and dispatching facility and maintenance work orders. Completion of I-9 forms for new hires as well as providing new hires with a facility tour and basic knowledge to ensure success within the building. Maintenance of badge and ID system, distribution, and security. Maintaining an accurate and detailed employee database including 700+ entries. Facility tours. Video conference coordination, both domestically and internationally. Being a general point of contact, friendly face, and problem-solver for any and all questions and problems that may arise within the facility.

FACILITY COORDINATOR

Providing support to the Taco Bell Corporate staff of over 600 employees. Duties include: answering and maintaining the main switchboard for Taco Bell; providing building and facilities assistance to corporate employees; maintaining organized guest relations records. Establishing and maintaining a positive, on-brand relationship with all employees, franchisees, customers, guests, and beyond. 

BRAND AMBASSADOR & RECEPTIONIST

Assist the Director of the non-profit organization in any way possible including: mailings, donation 		acknowledgements, conference preparation and planning, social media, as well as any other tasks that 	may arise.

Assistant to the Director

Provide marketing and office assistance for the Oregon state University Press as well as work closely on various publishing-related tasks with the entire team. Provide administrative assistance in OSU's Valley Library as the assistant to the Assistant of the Head Librarian.

Office and Marketing Assistant

Responsible for taking and scheduling reservations for scholars’ stays in UHDS facilities. Organizing and scheduling room cleans, room preparations, key preparations, and billing are a few of the main duties. Maintaining the West Hall front desk and holding daily office hours, as well as being a friendly face and a point of reference for scholars are essential duties as well.

Scholar Housing Manager

Responsible for leading prospective students and families on tours of housing and dining facilities at Oregon State University.  Advise prospective and current students on housing and dining facilities and policies. Duties also included scheduling housing tours with visitors and other TOUR ambassadors, as well as helping with various marketing projects.

Housing TOUR Ambassador

Responsibilities included managing the first and second floors of the Beth Ray Center. Additional responsibilities were answering and responding to any phone calls, questions, or problems that arose.

Receptionist

Responsibilities included taking prospective students and families on campus tours of Oregon State University and answering questions regarding the institution and campus life in general. Advising prospective students on OSU's programs, admissions, policies, and more.
