I am outgoing and energetic.  I strive to gain knowledge and interest myself greatly in international affairs.  I am self-motivated and goal oriented.  I am organized and focused.  I recently graduated with a Bachelors degree from the University of Utah.  I studied International Trade and Commerce with a minor in Entrepreneurship.  It is my intention to learn and grow as much as I can.  Whether through school or work, I am thrilled to learn every day.  I want to start a career where I can be part of a fast-paced organization whose ideas and professional values will spread throughout the world creating good everywhere it goes.

•	Discovered talented IT professionals through social media and proprietary databases and partnered with them to grow their careers
•	Vetted candidates for IT positions through phone screenings and in-person interviews

Technical Recruiter

•	Assessed mentor profiles to determine best matches for student teams and recruited over 35 distinguished business professionals to mentor over 30 of those teams 
•	Optimized outcomes for student competitors by managing relationships between the Utah Entrepreneur Series, its mentors, and participating students teams

•	Processed payroll and produced reports to identify inaccuracies in employee time tracking 
•	Audited payroll reports for Workers Compensation Fund, saving Moffat Plastering over $8,000 in one year 
•	Assisted in job planning, including organizing teams, confirming start dates and arranging accommodations for out-of-town projects 
•	Monitored job progress and used QuickBooks to produce bi-weekly job cost reports that helped company leaders make sound financial decisions

Assistant Operations Manager

•	Educated clients on benefits of the wide range of America First’s products and services and counseled with them as they sought financial advice
•	Researched, evaluated and recommended decisions on over 100 consumer loan applications each month
•	Interacted positively and professionally with clients face to face, over the phone and electronically
•	Completed complex financial transactions quickly and precisely

Sales Service Representative

•	Acted as a liaison between entrepreneurs seeking guidance from the Wayne Brown Institute, mentors within the Institute’s network, Wayne Brown professionals, and potential investors
•	Coordinated and attended weekly meetings between entrepreneurs and mentors in which mentors advised clients on their pitches to potential investors
•	Created executive summaries of suggestions given to clients during mentoring sessions and presented them to entrepreneurs

Investor Liaison

•	Planned and executed four small mentoring events with over 20 participants and one large banquet event with over 300 participants under the direction of the Director of Events
•	Solved difficult logistical problems before and during events, including last-minute shifts in specific task assignments
