• Facilitate in-game contests and corporate sponsor prize giveaways by organizing contestants and instructing camera crews
• Represent the Dodgers organization in various community relations events
• Prepare guests including National Anthem singers, first pitch guests, and children for pre-game activities

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and executing events for 15-500 guests including researching venues, making catering orders, mailing invitations, designing event signage, and packing gift bags.
• Interact with student, alumni, parents, and industry guests at events during registration and event execution
• Moderate contact information databases for Dodge College contacts
• Write news articles as assigned for quarterly newsletter sent to hundreds of Dodge College contacts
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing, and emailing

Events and Outreach Assistant

• Wrote weekly press releases for eight different Division III sports which included looking up game highlights, career stats, and team notes. 
• Created weekly Instagram images advertising the upcoming games by adding copy or merging photos to create a visually appealing post. 
• Attended athletic games of varying sports to facilitate stadium functions, keep official conference stats, or live-tweet the game highlights.
