Project Engineer

Over the past 10 years my professional experience has mainly been in quality control.  I've worked in the pharmaceutical industry, independent lab testing industry, and currently in the software industry.

Coordinates planning, organization, control and completion of software projects.  Write and review purchase orders for software programs per customer contract, company standards, engineering principles and related specifications.  Evaluate and approve program change proposals.  Coordinate activities concerned with technical development, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test issues.
•	Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific software projects to meet budget and schedule
•	Interface with all levels of management to report issues/ progress
•	Provide solutions to technical problems
•	Present change requests for software programs to Navy/ Technical Representative customer
•	Possess a Secret level security clearance

Promote quality control programs for assigned manufacturing projects and related quality functions.  Coordinate quality activities related to product development.  Perform quality assurance audits/ inspections as required.  Ensure integrity of final products before release to the customer.  Review procurement documents to ensure compliance with contract quality provisions.

Quality Engineer

Perform quality analysis of customer samples.  Maintain a laboratory environment that operates under NADCAP, GE and Pratt & Whitney guidelines.  Interface with customers to identify any special requests or requirements regarding sample analysis.  Provide support to other work areas through weekly quality/ operation meetings.   
•	Write SOPs to adhere to current ASTM requirements
•	Manage the daily operation of the department

•	Maintain a low turnaround with customer test results
•	Possess NADCAP, GE and customer audit experience

Chemistry Department Manager

Perform experiments, analyses, and plating for product manufacturing as well as failure analysis of existing products.  Assure quality conformance of materials to specifications.  Support manufacturing teams and ESH through a wide range of tests and technical input.  Assisted in obtaining ISO 17025- Gap Analysis accreditation.
•	Maintained lab equipment and chemical inventory.
•	Successfully completed the Thermo Scientific Training Institute QuantX EDXRF Operations course. 
•	Possessed a Secret level security clearance
•	Familiar with AS 9100 requirements
•	Utilized AA, FT-IR, EDXRF and Instron instrumentation as well as wet chemistry techniques
