In the past 6 years of working, I have worked my way up to management while finding success at every level of employment. I have developed incredible customer service skills, and can positively interact with a variety of stakeholders. I find creative solutions and work well under tight time constraints. I have a background in food and beverage as well as the sports industry but I would like to continue to grow within sports using skills developed throughout my career.

Managed scheduling for over 70 employees, remedied issues that presented during games and developed teamwork strategies for all employees, ordered all food and beverage product from local and national vendors, created operation manuals and inventory sheets for concession stands.

Caterer

Worked with, and analyzed muscle tissue in patients with osteoarthritis in multiple comparative studies; used electron microscope to take images of sub-sarcolemmal mitochondria in patients with and without osteoarthritis at different stages of training and disuse; analyzed images of intermyofibrillar area; measured myosin heavy chain content of individual muscle fibers.
