• Maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, regularly provide feedback to merchandising leadership on competition and EB customer experience.
• Analyze market and consumer data inputs: Industry data, consumer insights, and First Insight testing.
• Build effective cross-functional relationships and skillfully navigate / influence business decisions as appropriate.

• Provided technical drawings of items construction for the contractors to sew each piece world wide
• Worked with merchandising to get costing break downs and margin percentage's for each of my styles, developing a product that fits into our price point and suits our standard
