		-  Coordinate with Senior Creative Director/Merchandiser & Senior PR

		    Wedding Shoes, The Tie Bar, BHLDN, Jamie Kidd, & Design Love Fest
		-  Coordinate with Global Consumer Products Team at Mattel to execute 
		    collaboration with Barbie (launched April 2018)
		-  Manage Design team and work with Executive, PR, Sales, Social 
		    Media, ECOM,  Production, & Photo Studio departments
                -  Research trends & inspirations
		-  Lead Design meetings
		-  Coordinate Fabric/Trim Development & Sourcing 
		-  Participate in Fittings & Production meetings
                -  CAD & manage line sheets & BOMs
		-  Communicate & coordinate with domestic & international vendors for 
		    fabrics, trims, & samples

- Manage execution of complete Modern Lux line
- Contact domestic & international vendors for fabrics, trims, & 1st sample development
- Coordinate with art, sales, pattern, & production departments
- Manage work flow to artists, pattern-makers, & duplicates department
- Develop & update technical packages in WebPLM system
- Assist in fittings for 1st through production
- CAD styles & manage line-sheets
- Research trends & inspirations

- Design complete line for Splendid Littles Boy
- Responsible for all aspect of line from concept to production
- Develop & source fabrics & trims
- Collaborate with production, sales, & merchandising departments
- Assist in all stages of product development
- Responsible for sending on sampling packages
- Track 1st sample development
- CAD line-sheets & prepare inspiration pages
- Trend & Color Analysis

- Assist with inventory and send out orders
