Business Manager/Loan Officer

I have been in Real Estate Finance for more than 25 years.  My long term experience has taught me to communicate professionally and efficiently and with confidentiality.  I have experience in scheduling, marketing, preparing expense reports, presentations, trainings and many other administrative duties. I began my career as an Administrative Assistant with Bank of America, Wholesale Dept. in San Diego.  Scheduling, preparing memos, training sessions, taking minutes, preparing expense reports.  Communicating throughout the corporation with Executives in regards to ongoing projects and events.  I moved through the ranks as the division grew.  I worked developing marketing/training material, I managed the broker approval process, I managed compliance, ensuring government protocol was being followed.  I eventually became a sales person, which required managing of real estate broker accounts in 4 counties.  I eventually moved to the “Retail” side of real estate finance, working more as an independent contractor, which still requires performing various complex administrative support functions, typically of a confidential nature. I also work at my family’s business assisting with catering’s, marketing and social media.  We are heavily involved in civic and community duties/functions.  I have worked with customers/politicians/business leaders in various types of settings.  I also have experience with payroll, billing and tax preparation as I continue to manage my ex-husband’s landscaping company.As you can see, I enjoy being busy and social.
