•Process payroll in-house for 700+ employees in 16 states plus Puerto Rico; responsible for bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly payroll deposits/returns as well as file Unemployment Insurance quarterly reports and process payments
•Full cycle of sales tax: record receipt and payment in accounting system, file returns, make payments to the corresponding Department of Revenue/Finance and assist with annual sales tax reconciliation
•Post journal entries to general ledger for “unallocated” accounts
•Monitor activity of 40+ corporate credit card users, obtain and analyze receipts, allocate the transactions to the correct general ledger account and post to the accounts payable module
