Leadership is being consistently fair and just while guiding others in the pursuit of both higher personal and educational endeavors. My students and employees have learned that I am firm, resolute, and committed in the daily performance of my duties that creates gained respect and trust. I believe that trust is the essential building block for a successful relationship with students, employees, and clients. I listen, pay attention and establish trust, as I trust others even when the risk seems great. Leaders are patient, persistent, consistent and persuasive rather than dictatorial and teaching is a leadership skill. My teaching and leadership style encompasses these ideals setting the tone by leading people with my exampled direction.
