Flow Camp Supervisor

Oversee Counselor and campers during daily activities. Check-in/out campers. Schedule daily activities for campers with other vendors in the park. Track and record all expenses. Respond to all injuries and emergency situations.

Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Train Wave Desk Attendants and Lifeguard/ Wave Operators on proper company procedure. Supervise all Wave Operations including retail, rentals, ticket sales, reaching sales goals, and monitoring labor percentages.  As well as perform daily operation tasks, maintenance, and communication with other Wave House staff. Respond to all injuries and emergency situations.

Wave Operations Supervisor/Manager on Duty

Provide excellent customer service and basic life support (BLS) care to all patients. Perform daily maintenance inspections before and after shifts. Document all acts of care efficiently and effectively on patient care reports. Communicate effectively with dispatch and each hospital or receiving facility.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Greet and provide excellent customer service to all guests. Recommend, select and locate items based on customers needs or wants. Describe merchandise and equipment use/funtion. Keep sales floor organized and clean. Open/close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers and depositing money.
