FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Creative, motivated and deadline-driven graphic designer/pre-press technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• 	Concept & design of various printed materials.
•	Corporate communications: brochures, catalogs, packaging, posters.
•	Price estimation and negotiation of project costs.
•	Print management, proofing and approving with printers and clients, facilitating transport 
	and delivery of finished product.
•	Project scheduling and coordination.
•	Building relationships with vendors & design partners.

Project Management:
• 	Oversee visual merchandising communications for all corporate brands (email & print).
• 	Workflow management for a team of 5.
• 	Print budget tracking, reporting and quotations.
• 	Managing print production calendars.
• 	Manage the store fixtures database for all brands.
• 	Ensure continual evolution for new & existing visual merchandising directives.

Graphic Design:
• 	Design concepts??/?mood boards??/??trend analysis.
• 	Layout, illustration and advanced photo editing.
• 	Weekly visual merchandising updates for 
	North American & U.K. markets.
• 	Copy writing & editing departmental documents and merchandising guidelines.
• 	Creating merchandising guidelines for re-sellers 
	(JC Penney, Debenham’s, Denver Hayes, Joe Fresh).
