With a background in Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Management, Retail, Business to Business and Business to Consumer Sales and Service. I have grown to understand how to communicate proactively and ensure that goals and deadlines are met.

Responsible for the strategic sourcing of products and services across business lines, interfacing with internal Sales and Service teams in order to understand their requirements for products and services.
Build and maintain supplier relationships with the objective of reducing costs, eliminating inefficiencies throughout the procurement cycle and promoting innovation in Glentel's business cycle.
Develop and review RFx, evaluate, analyse and assess results, document recommendations and communicate results to internal clients with the objective of creating strategic business opportunities and savings for the organization.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative supplier analysis.
Performing contract completion, contract management, and supplier management for products and services.
Generating revenue through productivity initiatives, rebates and contract signing bonuses.
Advocate issues between suppliers, and internal clients.
Reviewing specifications and Capital Expense Requests to understand internal client needs, budgetary requirements and savings opportunities meeting project deliverables and timelines.
Ensuring that suppliers and service providers comply with all trade agreements and regulatory requirements for the products / services that they provide.

•	Managed full-cycle strategic purchasing plans, including sourcing, product development, tendering, negotiating, contracts, and supplier reviews.
•	Worked closely with our different teams of business, including Accounting, Logistics, and Operations to ensure all needs are being met.
•	Managed and utilized budget and financial forecasting to ensure steady flow of over 1200 skus for my categories.
•	Worked closely with international and national vendors, negotiating pricing, payment terms, etc.
•	Reviewed all supply chain processes, in-house and with vendors to find ways of improvement. Worked closely with my team members to create performance evaluations.
•	Managed 4 separate categories, provided training and guidance to my team members.
