Multifaceted manufacturing professional with 20 years of international and domestic production, sourcing, operations and supply chain experience in the apparel industry. Business Development Executive

Directed all manufacturing, sourcing and production operations partnering with company’s overseas offices in Asia, Central America and Mexico on manufacturing needs each season. Oversaw critical operational areas and served as department head for production, import/export and logistics, art pre-production and quality assurance in a fast-paced, concept-to-market design and development environment. Managed six direct reports and was responsible for a team of 120 employees in three countries. Collaborated with design, merchandising and sales teams on sourcing, product development, quality issues and on-time delivery. Allocated production based on particular product, lead times, target costs, capacity and applicable duties or quotas.

Director of Manufacturing

Managed daily production of Western Hemisphere sewing factories and screen printing plants across all divisions of the company. Supervised inventory management for more than 2 million blank tee shirts warehoused in four physical locations globally. Developed operating policies, guidelines and procedures to improve the efficiency and speed of production activities.
