Marketing and Outreach Intern

Colorado College graduate with an Environmental Policy background. Outdoor enthusiast with a penchant for traveling. Photographer, writer, and conservationist. My primary interest is in the integrating communities in for conservation projects through grants, sustainable development, and non-profit outreach. 

Taking a year to explore all my interests: raw vegan cooking, surfing, traveling New Zealand, sailing, skiing and so-on and so forth. Actions speak louder than words don't they? 

Post-graduation I would like to explore the outdoor industry, commercial work, or the food industry. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I look towards brands and companies that are working examples of integrating environmental awareness and product production in a resourceful and respectful manner. 

As a health-food aficionado and advocate for eating low on the consumption chain, I am spending time understanding the role of local and organic foods in specific regions. 


Coordinator for outreach events for non-profit trail restoration and conservation organization, facilitating relationships between local companies, the community and RMFI through blog posts, events and programming.

Served as a photographer and assisted with educational outreach programming for the Catamount Institute, a Colorado-based environmental educational organization. Promoted after school youth outreach programs and assisted in event planning to help advance the Institute’s programs to engage youth through adventure and educational programs and the broader community about environmental issues in the region

Media Intern

U.S. Embassy in Angola

 Worked in Nicaragua with U.S. environmental organization Paso Pacifico supporting ecosystem conservation projects along the country’s Pacific coast. Collected field data and interacted with local community members to promote environmental awareness. Provided feedback on improved strategies for data collection. Documented experience for potential marketing use by organization.
