Production Coordinator

Work closely with the sourcing team, customer service, quality, logistics to deliver timely communication on order status; collaborate with cross functional groups with the organization to ensure 98% on time delivery and quality shipments.
Ensure purchase order data (delivery dates, pricing, ship mode) is reviewed and maintained to provide timely and accurate information to entire organization.
Ensure sales orders are entered with appropriate conditions to perform purchase order execution.
Review purchase requisitions on a weekly basis to ensure all product needs are executed.
Properly and timely manage the order roll-up process; execute purchase orders, PO placement and order confirmation.
Review weekly Work in Process Reports (WIPs) from factories to ensure on time delivery and identify any potential production delays.
Review delivery extension requests with Manager of Global Sourcing & Production to determine best course of action for product not meeting the desired time and action calendar.
Work closely with Quality to resolve any product quality issues occurring during production.
Work closely with Logistics during pre-booking process to ensure proper lead time, ship method, and destination is achieved.
Work closely with global factories on day to day communication.
Ensure production time and action calendars are followed and critical milestones are met.
Execute at least 98% ocean shipments for all orders.
Maintain info records and source lists for all master data.



Manage production fab and trims: work with designers and merchants to approve production (fabric, trim, screen print and embellishments, wash and dye effects) and send comment to factory.
Manage fit and design: work with tech team to approve production fit sample, preproduction sample, TOP to send comment to factory to ensure quality of products.
Reviewing tech packs from designers/tech designers before sending to factory for production. 
Follow up and update WIP in Full Circle.
Issue, track, and manage production from PO placement through shipping and receiving
Checking invoice to submit for production payment after receiving.

Negotiate with the vendor/factory for delivery dates.
Work closely Sales to ensure the quantities and delivery dates are met.
Issue Purchase Orders, track, and manage production from PO placement through shipping and receiving.
Upload UPC to Checknet, so the vendor can order stickers/hangtags.
