Previous Event Assistant of the Vans Triple Crown in Haleiwa, HI. Helped manage over 30 houses for production crews, organized and distrubuted over 50 boxes full of swag to staff, and helped my boss maintain a clear and organized schedule.

Successfully managed distribution and organization of swag from Vans and Billabong to all Triple Crown employees. Also managed 30 houses for the production crew and WSL staff for the Triple Crown. Day to day tasks included expense reports, invoicing, logistical paperwork, answering e-mails and phone calls, etc.
