	Collaborated with CFT leaderships to co-create the Development/Production Milestone Calendar and Raw Materials Mini Calendar as well as 3 year plan for sourcing strategy.
	Collaborated with internal CFT leaderships and external vendors to create efficient fabric/ color approval process via set up GCCP (global color certification program) to shorten submit/approval lead-time from 1-2 weeks to 1-3 days.
	Drove the 3rd party lab testing service, and expanding initiative project(from 1 to 4) by re-working testing protocol based on CPSIA policy, rolled out new product test process and re-negotiated testing fee, reduced 10% testing fee,  reduced 1-2 testing days, as well as reduced 80% failure bulk testing result V.S previous year.

Sourcing Manager, Fabric

Responsible for the sourcing and production of  Annual $50M~$70MM import retail business for Women’s,  Men’s and Junior’s top-line fashion apparel retailers, including Michael Kors, A&F, Urban Outfitters and BCBG.  
Successfully developed a complex cut and sew embellishment dress /top/bottom collection line for US top line apparel retailer, with well executed pre-production, production and logistic, turning it into a year round program with high IMU, on time delivery and ultimately contributed to $40M in retail sales annually. 
Collaborated and engaged with numerous  Sr. design Directors,  production teams  and tech design teams of U.S. Fashion retailers on a daily basis and through weekly WIP report, to proactively manage the styling, material, trim and workmanship requirements relative to enhance manufacturer productivity, improve production efficiency, keep up quality performance, cost saving,  shorten production lead-times, renegotiated quantity minimums and smooth out logistics. Categories including : Women's Blazers/Coats, PUs, Woven and Knit Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Intimates, Loungewear, garment dyed and garment washed knit Tops/Bottoms/Dresses.  
Evaluated Vendor Matrix Performance to adjust annual sourcing/production factory allocation strategy. Planned and Implemented seasonal development and production calendars in order to significantly reduce lead-times and obtain better fabric price for key volume program.
Responsible for negotiating pricing and delivery with factories and suppliers improving category margins by 2-5%, improving delivery earlier than goal by 2-3 weeks during each season.
