Business focused merchant, product manager and buyer.  Extensive understanding of line planning, price architecture, trend analysis and competitive research.  Experienced leader and process manager with proven ability to manage calendar deadlines.  Experience with color, trend and design details.

Mange all of the day to day process of 2 eCommerce web sites Shop.PCMag and Tippit.com.  Create business plans and strategies for growth.  Although not in Outdoor I am mastering skills in eCommerce to better round out my profile.  Understanding of affiliate networks, deal sites, email strategies and working with content influencers to maximize traffics and conversion on the sites.  I manage a team of people to deal with Customer Service, drop ship vendor relationships, building deals and product offerings.  

As a category manager at YETI I was responsible for leading the product line from idealization through product launch and end of life strategy.  My category included all apparel and lifestyle accessories.  I lead a team through business planning and "go to market" strategies.  I partnered with teams from all channels of distribution to maximize the sales potential.  Working closely with sales teams, web merchants and in store visual teams to execute the product launch.   

Category Manager

Manage the product process for all EMS apparel and outerwear for EMS stores and other Vestis retail channels. Responsible for the merchandising strategy by category that will support the achievement of financial targets for short and long term goals. Analyze of sales and sell thru’s to inform future assortment plans. Develop seasonal merchandise plans and determine optimal product life cycles.

Product Manager

My main focus was to create and sell curated assortments to my key dealers.  I worked closely with the buyers to read and react to sales trends and make adjustments to the order book.  As a representative of The North Face I kept the corporate goals in mind while continuing to assist my accounts in making the best product assortments for their customers.
