Licensing Coordinator

My professional career started interning for  for a fashion PR firm which then proceeded to working in marketing, action sports and in licensing. My broad range of work experience has given me knowledge in many different fields. I have learned a wide range of skills with every opportunity I have had so far. I have talent for engaging people through written and verbal communication. In my experiences I have mastered using language to reach target audiences, deliver expert messages, and represent brands. I am highly creative with a go-getter attitude. Being reliable in carrying out tasks within a specific timeline is something I have carried through every job opportunity.


A contract position filling in for someone on leave.

-Followed recognized licensing processes to support product development in the company
- Sent, received and reviewed all incoming products to and from our licensee partners
-Managed all product approvals and updated both Hybrid's data base along with all licensee data bases
 

Assisted Head of Licensing, Head of Creative and Director of Sales in all projects and tasks as needed while being the liaison between licensees and the Consumer Products team. 
-Developed and implemented proper invoicing procedures and created multiple organizational files to assist the merchandiser and designer 
-Assisted the sales team at the Licensing Expo and coordinated and prepared marketing materials for the event
-Planned and managed all aspects of multiple photo shoots; location scouting, securing vendors, working with external agencies and models
-Worked with outside vendors and managed outsourcing design
-Implemented the athlete sponsorship apparel program and maintained the athletes needs

Consumer Products Coordintor

Waitress

A temp position working for McCue Communications in their Orange County office as the PR representative for the Orange County Visitors Association
-Website maintenance and coordination along with creating and maintaining social media accounts such as Instagram and Facebook.
-Prospected leads through cold calling and email blasts, while building media lists and press releases; often interfaced one-on-one with clients passing along vital information about campaign specifications
-Communicated directly with stakeholders by sending and collecting data received from clients for different initiatives


Account Coordinator

A two-month long internship for a PR firm that caters to fashion, beauty and lifestyle campaigns for celebrities and media events. 
-Worked along side the Account Executive and assisted with daily administrative functions
-Researched leads and clients and prepared PowerPoint presentations that were used by Account Executives for sales pitching
-Participated in brand campaign meetings, gaining exposure to the process of planning targeted PR and marketing strategies 
-Interacted with clients, developed sales pitches, created client-specific PR campaigns and promotional gifts.
