Operational knowledge of managing website business with exposure at strategic, sales and operational levels. · 10+ years of leadership, management, operations, and customer service experience. · Proficient in driving and managing online sales through improvements to site functionality, conversion rates, customer satisfaction. · Outstanding ability to think strategically, creatively, demonstrate business acumen. · Amazing ability to interpret, apply statistics, behavioral analytics to business P&L. · 10+ years of work experience in the following areas: sales/marketing, category management, business development, product management, financial analysis, technology, and P&L management. · Strong analytical and quantitative ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations. · 10+ years of proven track record of taking ownership and driving results and consistently exceeding sales goal and plans. · Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication skills - written and verbal. · Able to effectively communicate with 3rd party merchants, vendors, technical programmers, as well as with Sr. leadership. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and experience delivering multiple competing projects simultaneously. · Ability to think both strategically and tactically; a relentless focus on the customers. · Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and manage multiple complex projects with various technical, engineering and other cross-functional teams.
