Client - Long Beach Opera (LBO)
• Created marketing materials such as brochures and postcards for the upcoming 2017 season.
• Lead designer for creating fundraising and marketing materials for the 2016 Gala, one of the most important events held yearly by LBO.

Graphic Designer

Working as the sole designer for Long Beach Opera, I am responsible for the creation of digital and print based marketing concepts. My designs, including promotional flyers, invitations to charity events, and web-based articles have been distributed to a large donor base, where I have received positive feedback throughout. Further I assist in business development operations by researching, assessing and contacting potential leads and donors to the charity.

Key Responsibilities include: 
? Responsible for the rapid production of visually captivating marketing material
? Created print based media including flyers, invitations to events, donation forms and newsletters
? Ensured consistency of layout and imagery of designs through utilizing the theory of typography
? Attended and supported events to ensure a well rounded events with high customer satisfaction
? Conducted search on leads to potential donors and advised on potential marketing strategy

Development and Graphic Design Intern

I managed multiple projects for both print and web media, from the early concept stages to distribution. Being part of a start-up allowed me to take both great responsibility of my design and work closely with the team to ensure a high standard across all marketing channels. 

Key Responsibilities included: 
? Production of print material including custom brochures and design layouts for newsletters 
? Creation of custom layouts, images and HTML based banners for the online retail shop
? Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment, from sourcing supplies to packaging and shipment
? Procured fabrics locally and ensure they were of highest standard for production 
? Improved packaging design that maintained the identity and aesthetics of the brand
? Acted as a successful Sales Agent during fashion shows to attract potential customers
? Worked closely with the production manager to record and manage stock levels
