•	Perform vehicle fleet management duties for 12 locations and 110+ vehicles.
•	Accrue reprographic equipment expenses utilizing a 46 page excel spreadsheet for both fixed and variable costs. 
•	Calculate sales and use tax and file returns for multiple states including California and maintain records.
•	Prepare annual budgets for production maintenance equipment and delivery vehicles.
•	Maintain spreadsheets for reprographic production equipment, sales and use tax, company delivery vehicles, daily sales reports, multiple vendor summary invoice recaps, income statement contribution margin report, journal entry log, reprographic equipment meter read reports, and certificate of liability insurance forms. 
•	Collect reprographic equipment meter readings and submit information to vendors via fax and internet site. 
•	Review reprographic maintenance and lease invoices from vendors in order to determine required accruals. Apply general ledger codes to invoices and submit to Accounts Payable. Update reprographic equipment worksheets and process required accruals.  
•	Perform general accounting duties as transferring cost of goods sold to inventory in order to zero out COGS. Transfer inter-company costs to the appropriate location/department using work order documents. Balance accrual account following month end close. Audit sales and expense accounts for validity and process any required journal entries.
