Over 15 years as a marketing professional I have had the chance to work with some of the best brands in youth culture.I've curated strategies that build and reposition brands, I've managed marketing departments, built budgets, signed and worked with world class athletes and artists to build upon brand objectives.

•	Manage Marketing Department that sets and executes on strategies for go-to market plans, product launch plans, and events within specific segments.
•	Manage Creative Department that curates and produces catalogs, retail and event collateral, advertisements and all marketing-related content messaging.
•	Calendar all brand communications for social media and web including newsletters, email communications, web marquees, blogs and other social media including Facebook and Instagram.
•	Create brand process and strategies that deliver on objectives.
•	Manage all creative and marketing budgets.
•	Partner with direct to consumer groups including e-comm and retail.

Senior Marketing Director

•	Developed and implemented marketing strategy to reposition Analog from the snow category to a lifestyle apparel brand, leading to a broader consumer base and resulting in nearly doubling revenues ($11 million to $20 million).
•	Negotiated and secured opportunity for Analog to be the first brand to launch a full movie on Surfline (Lavese Las Manos/Nathan Fletcher) resulting in over 250,000 video views.
•	Clearly communicated brand directives and objective to global offices, partners and licensee’s.
•	Developed an integrated marketing plan to promote the launch of Dylan Rieder’s signature shoe including product placement, media buys, and a solo video part resulting mass brand exposure and selling out of the initial launch of 2000 in line shoes as well as 800 pair of the limited color way.
•	Negotiated and secured top global athletes to promote the brand including Arto Saari, Dylan Rieder, Danny Davis, Nathan Fletcher, Chippa Wilson and Mikkel Bang.
