Lead the purchasing department to a successful opening of the Luxury, Eco-friendly resort Finolhu Villas in the Maldives. Responsible for negotiating, sourcing, purchasing, and distributing all resort supplies and services up to $15 million annually.  Works closely with senior management to develop and implement procurement solutions that support continuous improvement.  Manages 7 – 12 employee team engaged in stocking, distribution, inventory and quality control. 

•	Spearheaded annual cost savings program of $1.2 million reaching no. 1 most profitable property worldwide.

•	Selected to open a new eco-luxury resort in Maldives called Club Med Finolhu Villas.  Coordinated from opening preparations to delivery of the $90 million project.

•	Directed purchasing operations in two resorts simultaneously, total population of 1,100 people.

•	Implemented a multi-unit synergy plan that resulted in a 12% reduction of stock value and a more timely delivery of goods.

Purchasing Manager

•	Oversee all aspects of hiring: Candidate Search, Reference/ Background Check, Interviews, Job Offer, Pre-Employment Physical, Job Entry, Probation follow-up.
•	Process Bi-weekly and Monthly Payroll for 150+ employees in four locations across the USA
•	Oversee all scheduling and staffing for hourly employees.
•	Oversee and maintain all personnel records.
•	Sourcing, Implementation and Management of all Employee Benefits Package: medical, dental, vision, life, short term disability and long term disability insurances. Vacation and sick accruals, paid holiday, 401K and defined benefits plans.
•	Manage company based insurance policies: EPLI, workers comp, auto, and liability.
