Intercultural dialogue

•Provided private and group ski instruction  for all ages that was carefully  tailored  to individual  needs with an emphasis  on safety and professionalism
•Received training in ski pedagogy, methodology and technique, and participated in avalanche safety and search and rescue courses
•Assisted with the organization, installation and security of an annual 6km Super-G ski race

•Conducted research for advocacy projects concerning the rights of asylum seekers and refugees
•Helped facilitate training sessions and developed a training module on “LGBTI mainstreaming within the workplace” for humanitarian and refugee professionals
•Produced and edited reports concerning the activity of the organization 
•Organized and prepared materials for conferences, meeting and trainings
•Conducted outreach and helped build/maintain partnerships with other organizations, governments and international bodies
•Managed social media accounts (Facebook & Twitter), processed Salesforce data and reviewed the NGO’s website for updates

Advocacy Intern

•Designed lesson plans and taught English as a foreign language to children aged 8-14 years old
•Collaborated with a multicultural team to implement safe and exciting activities at an international language camp in the Swiss Alps
•Guided children on various camp outings and outdoor sports (swimming, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking)
•Designed and led dance classes
•Effectively responded to camper behavior issues
