JR Endsley brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience to his search and recruitment practice in the healthcare arena. Demonstrating the value and efficacy of critical products for industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Cook Surgical and Restore Medical, he aggressively built new territories, launched new products and increased market share. 

With his ability to forge key relationships and develop practical solutions, JR helps his clients deal effectively with the formidable challenges they face as they develop strategies to respond to the rapidly changing healthcare environment. His inside knowledge of the industry allows him put together the management and professional teams his clients need to thrive and grow in an increasingly competitive and candidate-driven marketplace. 

JR holds a BS degree in business marketing from the University of Phoenix. He has also earned EMT and NASM Certification. With a keen interest in health and wellness, he participates in numerous physical fitness activities, including USTA Tennis, skiing, cycling, triathlon and fly fishing. He also coaches youth lacrosse. His travels have taken him throughout the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. JR and his wife Kathy are the parents of Alexa and Andrew, who are also both actively involved in sports. Family time is a top priority for all of the Endsleys.
