Lead Supervisor

I am charismatic, motivated and a detail-oriented team player with more than thirteen years of experience in the customer service industry and five years in management. I have worked steadily throughout college, gaining valuable experiences that equips me to present your company with advantages others may not offer. 

As an assistant manager at Lazy Dog, I was responsible for overseeing a minimum of $27,500 in sales monthly which has allowed me to acquire strong leadership and interpersonal skills to get the job done. In addition, the diverse concerns of customers and staff have allowed me to become adept at operating with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact. This is especially important in emergency situations or in those requiring quick assessment of many factors, where I am now able to think quickly and make the appropriate decisions.

When I am not working, I am staying active in my community by taking advantage of what San Diego has to offer. Some of my hobbies include keeping fit, cooking, volunteering, and event planning. As dedicated as I am to my career, I also find it equally important to take some time for myself to maintain a joyful balance.
