Technical Representative 

Customer sales and service manager with experience leading and coordinating organized wilderness programs.  Recently completed business degree to facilitate career growth in areas related to previous 7 years of experience.

Scheduled, planned, and organized a calendar of demo events for 10 month of the year. Coordinated with bike shops and larger festival organizers to host a top level demo experience for riders. Inspected and maintained a fleet of 20 bikes to be used at each event throughout the season. Worked hand in hand with other members of the marketing team to execute top level events and bike launches. 

Managed customer service, warranty claims, and issue resolution. 
Ensured inventory, orders, and workflow aligned with customer satisfaction Hired and trained new shop employees to the level of work we required.


Service Manager 

Worked for the college’s guide service leading trips for college students, 
including, hiking, mountain biking, backcountry skiing, rock and ice climbing. 
In 2014 I became the coordinator in the Ski and Ride, as well as Mountain Bike disciplines. 
Responsible for selection, training, and evaluation of current and new instructors. 
Planned and coordinated staffing, logistics, and equipment for day and overnight trips. Promoted opportunities to student body. Inspected and maintained all equipment for bike and ski events.

Wilderness Program Instructor/ Coordinator

Employed as a bicycle technician and as a sales associate.
Took over the service department as the Service Manager in 2014.
Acquired a high level of experience in servicing all models of bikes.
