Refresh Outreach Coordinator

Presently working for Kaiser Permanente in Administration and Member Services. Formerly the Marketing Coordinator for Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Central Florida, and also  Front Desk and Customer Service within multiple shops. 

Also, previously a Cast Member at Disney's Animal Kingdom, contributing to Park Attractions Operations. Formerly a participant in an internship program with the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida; focused on Marketing, Park Operations, and Guest Relations. Has also previously completed an internship with the Disney College Program in Anaheim, California with a focus on Sales and Guest Relations. 

In years previous, have completed two semesters of Social Media Marketing Internships, one semester Project Management Internship and one semester A&R Internship, all at Fearless Records. 

Regarding education, obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Entry-Level Marketing from Orange Coast College in 2011. 
Graduated with an Associates of Science Degree in Marketing in December of 2012.

Responsibilities 
Working independently on an every day basis, my role focused on outreach to severely ill patients, maintaining their care and communicating messages from the doctor pertaining to their health management. All documentation done in multiple programs, including electronic medical charts, was handled by me. Being held accountable for many thousands of patients, I would strive daily to meet all set goals by the region, and for San Diego County.  
 
Accomplishments 
I completely my workload set forth in half the time allotted, which allowed me to contribute to other efforts taking place within the medical office building, and also to coach other location's Refresh Outreach team members to increase the efficiency of their departments.  
 
Skills Used 
Customer service was of the upmost importance in communicating with Kaiser members. Working within many programs at once and documenting medical messages, while setting appointments and speaking on the phone with patients calls for a great deal of organization and strong multitasking. Working independently allowed me to exercise my time management skills, and also my prioritizing expertise

Acted as sole manager and supervisor for the location, responsible for monitoring store inventory and product; including all stocking within the Encinitas location, regarding both business materials and sale products, all visual merchandizing, weekly ordering from Spectrum warehouse, and also maintaining stock on over 15 outside vendors. 
• Communicated directly with the company owners, acting as liaison to them by seeking out and connecting with other businesses within the industry, bringing in brand new products and expanding the business, boosting sales, frequently by over 400%, and surpassing every goal set by the owners, and monthly sales goals consistently by many thousands of dollars. 
• Created schedules, extensively trained, and also composed payroll for over 10 employees, while additionally auditing all personal sales and commissions of each sales associate, and giving education regarding new products, sales, and promotions within the business to all employees, including those employees of two other locations.

Store Manager / Buyer

• Promoted advocacy in the area to keep a positive and safe experience for the averaged 45, 000 guests every day, and also helped to build a culture of safety for both guests and Cast Members. 
• Worked consistently toward achieving the guests per capita goal of 8.5 through promoting efficiency in our operation, while still maintaining the integrity of the guest experience by using themed phrases regularly and recoveries during downtimes. 
• Partnered with area leadership in order to accomplish new and better ways of keeping our attractions and surrounding areas safe for guests and Cast Members, while also contributing to the improvement of the efficiency of our operations with safety being the top priority.

Operations Intern and Attractions Hostess

Monitored and compiled daily sales reports, location sales, audited shop inventory for both professional product and retail items, as well as assessing and reviewing employee sales progress and personal goals, while also acting as liaison to the corporate offices. 
• Worked to create and publish location's Front Desk employees' schedules, and also partnered with the Shop Manager Stylist to finalize Stylist/Barber schedules up to 6 weeks out at a time, in addition to managing other various independent administrative duties. 
• Assisted the location's Stylist Manager in day-today needs/tasks/errands, and acted as Manager while continuing to be the Customer Service Representative, answering phones, setting reservations, managing employee calendars, and greeting/checking-in clients with the upmost level of service possible.

Lead Front Desk Coordinator

Partnered with the Franchise Owners, while catering to each location's management's needs in order to create and execute seasonal, holiday, and monthly promotions for products and services, including the creation and design of signage for inside the locations and on their marquees, and also promotion specific sales goals. 
• Worked independently to create and plan marketing events within the Greater Orlando area, and promoting the company in various communities through interactive games, consultations, contests, and giveaways. 
• Researched and designed Floyd's 99 merchandise, while also meeting with media outlets to find appropriate marketing solutions, compose and compile relevant content into a queue for scheduling Social Media Marketing posts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, FourSquare, Google+)

Regional Marketing Coordinator

Demonstrated exceptional decision making skills, regarding sales and all other situations, when working alone for extended periods of time, both in indoor and outdoor settings. 
• Utilized effective verbal and written communication skills when interacting with 4,000+ guests per day, while still upholding the highly valued Disney morals and key values. 
• Responsible for balancing multiple registers at a time, all containing amounts of $1,500 or more in a fast-paced environment with time restrictions. 
• Exhibited quality guest service, going above and beyond to please and create Magical Moments in various stores throughout Downtown Disney, Disney California Adventure and Disneyland Park. 
• Received at least one Four Key Fanatic Recognition per week from superiors, Leads and Managers for showing exceptional professionalism, safety, courtesy, show and efficiency in the work environment, as well as received multiple written Guest Compliments.

Merchandising Intern and Sales

Forecasted fashion trends while acknowledging variation in regions reached by magazine. 
• Wrote articles pertaining to upcoming events in fashion, music and pop culture, as well as, giving helpful fashion advice to readers. 
• Researched which fashions were "in style", which are on their "way out" and what to expect for the fashion future, and exhibited strong attention to detail. 
• Planned and designed the page layout, content and overall look before the issues go to print.

Fashion Writer

Assisted product manager in day to day tasks, administration and general projects as needed by supervisor, such as approving promotional photos and fliers as well as acting liaison to the label's artists. 
• Conducted product research and data reporting working with product manager to organize label marketing efforts on various national tours and music festivals. 
• Headed up the team of interns involved in planning and promoting major nation tours and festivals, while also assisting the label at local and out-of state tours and festivals.

Product Management and A&R Internship

Assisted marketing team in social media outreach and execution of project centric marketing campaigns, including handling confidential information. 
• Worked with marketing team in an office environment on research and quantification of marketing efforts including the development of location based strategies with services such as Foursquare and Gowalla as well as proving results of campaigns on Facebook and Twitter. 
• Executed consistency in being detail oriented while assisting label management on administration and organization of product, prioritized campaigns and data of high importance to the companies core business, all while meeting various deadlines.

Marketing and A&R Internship

Worked in commission based retail sales developing customer relationships and exceeding goals set by management. 
• Kept and maintained a database of personal customers, contacting them in relation to their individual needs, hand-writing personal Thank You's and giving them a unique and personal experience in order to accumulate a higher volume of return customers. 
• Received multiple promotions and was consistently a top sales person in various departments, also achieving customer service accolades from the company, and 20+ customer compliment letters.
