I have never been afraid of encouraging changes to a company’s current plan in order to better serve the overall vision of the company, while at the same time prefer to simply enhance and further currently successful initiatives. I thrive in high-intensity environments and can effectively lead teams toward a common end goal. My marketing strategy and philosophy is simple: identify one or several internal core competencies, and develop/enhance strategies, products, services, and marketing activities to further define a position in the marketplace, while increasing one’s advantage amongst competing firms. I accomplish this by encouraging and creating systems for data collection and analysis as a first priority, and use said data to lead the creative process of marketing, advertising, and content development. This, combined with a constant emphasis on optimizing internal processes to reduce cost and maximize output, creates a culture of improvement that removes stagnation and pleases 100% of parties involved in the company’s success.
