Dispatcher/Customer Service

As a dispatcher for So-Cal Towing I am in charge of dealing with incoming calls from customers, evaluating and giving quotes for potential “junk cars” as well as dispatching our drivers out on routes to pick up said vehicles.

As a tutor for the Boys and Girls Club of Riverside I would be assigned a classroom with a 23 to 1 ratio of elementary school children. I assisted them with homework and occasionally taught them a lesson corresponding with the k-12 common core standards of the RUSD. I was in charge of providing discipline to children who were unruly and misbehaving as well as in charge of physical activities such as soccer, basketball and relay runs.  Also help administer snack with upper grade levels.
